Trade accounts

Let your trade customers order themselves

Supermarkets, cafés and shops that stock your products get their own trade account. They order at their prices, and their VAT invoice arrives the moment they do.

  1. They apply

A business fills in its details and VAT number on your trade page.

  2. You approve

Choose their price list, payment terms and credit limit. They get an email.

  3. They order

They see your trade range with their prices, case sizes and what's in stock.

  4. The invoice goes out

Stock is held, the VAT invoice is emailed, and the order waits for you to dispatch it.

Their own prices

A percentage off retail, a fixed trade price per product, or both. "40% off" leaves them a 40% margin on your shelf price.

Cases and minimums

Sell in cases of 6 or 12, with a minimum order per product. Out-of-stock items can't be over-ordered.

Credit under control

Payment terms per customer and a credit limit that stops new orders until old invoices are paid.

Invoices in their inbox

Every invoice and credit note is emailed and kept in their account to view or print any time.

You can order for them

Took the order by phone? Place it on their account and the same invoice goes out.

One stock

Trade orders and online orders take from the same stock, so your shop never shows what's already promised.
